Charlotte Meyer

I am 34-year-old and living just outside Aalborg with my family. I am in my final year as a resident in orthopedic surgery in the northern Jutland. Since my first experience with spine disorders and spine surgery in Aalborg University Hospital, it has become my main field of interest. I intend to become a spine surgeon, when my residency is finished.

My current project with the EOS group examines the reliability of measuring lengthening of magnetically controlled growing rods in patients with early-onset scoliosis, and is to be published this spring. I am looking forward to new scientific projects concerning spinal disorders and spine surgery, which are currently being planned as part of a PhD study.
