Proteome analysis of spent culture media

Objective:
To identify biomarkers in the proteome of spent culture media for prediction of embryo implantation potential.

Design:
Biomarker discovery study.

Cohort:
Patients receiving PGT for monogenic disorders and structural rearragenements.
