The Western Ontario Osteoarthritis Shoulder (WOOS) index is a patient reported outcome used in the evaluation of outcome for patients with shoulder arthritis and related disorders. It is used in research settings, but also in clinical quality databases such as the Danish Shoulder Arthroplasty Register.

It is therefore important to determine which minimal change in WOOS score is considered important to the patient
