Methodologies

  • Fertilization: Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
  • Culture: Time-lapse and continuous culture (from 2021, previously sequential culture)
  • Biopsy: Trophectoderm biopsy on day 5/6
  • Cryopreservation: Freeze-all strategy utilizing vitrification
  • Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT):
    • Monogenic disorders (PGT-M): Short Tandem Repeat (STR) analysis coupled with direct mutation detection
    • Structural rearrangements (PGT-SR): Shallow whole genome sequencing
  • Transfer policy: Solely single embryo transfer
