Autoimmunitet

I forhold til personlig medicin har Klinisk Immunologisk Afdeling et ønske om at kunne støtte klinikerne i behandling af patienter ved at kunne tilbyde analyser til monitorering af immunmodulerende behandlinger, samt deltage i forskningsprojekter, som bidrager til ny viden på dette område.

Af projekter kan nævnes:

  • “Characterization of immunogenicity of tumor necrosis factor inhibitors in arthritis patients with poorer treatment response due to gender, obesity and smoking status”,
  • “Exploring tumour necrosis factor inhibitor trajectory levels during disease activity-guided tapering among patients with inflammatory arthritis: Secondary analyses on blood samples from the randomised BIODOPT trial” og 
  • "Immunological response to SARS-CoV-2 vaccination among patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases and healthy blood donors".
